Shimmering Darkness ...
... and Human Consciousness

Meister Eckhart says :
"The difference between God and the Godhead
is the difference between action and nonaction."
There is no action in the Godhead,
no contrast, no movement, no consciousness.
The Sufis call it ‘Shimmering Darkness.’
The Vedas describe God existing in ‘Vibrant Absolute’—
just at the edge of non-being,
as it first comes into manifestation.
Human consciousness can traverse all these worlds.
But humanity cannot.
To enter the Godhead, quantum nature.
humanity is what gets left behind.
That's why you, as Bill, prepped us, entering this practice,
to let go of moral judgement, concepts, constructs—
every contraction of consciousness.
For anyone to go into the Godhead
and know where they’ve gone
and know where they are,
it means they bring consciousness to it.
It's not me, a human being, that knows it,
because the human cannot enter there.
The human is what dissolves to get there.
When consciousness gets there,
it’s the ground that knows itself.
Consciousness recognizes itself,
wakes up to itself,
and uses the human being to do that.
Non-being needs human consciousness
for it to become conscious.
Human consciousness needs non-being
to realize its true nature.
Ultimately, human consciousness traversing non-being,
bringing consciousness into non-being ,
it becomes clear that it is all one.
No more action and nonaction, God and the Godhead.
It's all one.
You, as Bill, have done this,
and you speak and move and act as this one.
This is what you share with us.
Thank you.
