Thinking that I can’t let go of this one

so dear to my heart

At the same time knowing

that it’s not up to me
It’s not about me doing

And then it happens
My body lets go
I let go

There is something here

Something new

The merging of everything

It’s all here, all at once

My mind, my body, my soul,

my consciousness

this dimension, that dimension

All of it here together

and yet not here

at the same time

I feel the liveliness of creative impulses

And power fills me

Each moment pregnant with possibility

And the moments

are they real

as one disappears into another

they come and go like a firefly’s glow

blink … blink … blink

I feel the mystery

Although it doesn’t feel mysterious

It just is

and then it isn’t
