Got Soul? Yes, but ...*

Each one of us has a soul, right?
Of course we do.
It’s the internal, non-material facet of us that houses our purest truth,
acts as our inner compass and serves as our wise internal guide in life.
In truth, this invisible soul is the very essence of each one of us.
It’s our most foundational identity.
It’s who we are, short and simple.
The rest of us—our human identity, our emotions and energies,
our mental make-up and our physical experience, for example—
are but seeming extensions and expressions of this core identity,
this invisible, mostly quiet but quite powerful SOUL.
Let’s take a brief look at your soul.
Where is it? How do you visualize or think about it?
What’s your connection to it? Is it there when you need it most?
Of course, all these questions are directed at the apparent ‘human’ version of you;
We’re asking your ‘human self’ questions about your underlying ‘real self’?
That statement leads us, of course to the real question:
Who are you?
To help any of us answer that question,
let’s take a closer look at this enigmatic ingredient
that we’ve come to call our SOUL.
Here’s my ‘take.’
What we humanly have labeled our SOUL
is our inexplicable, immaterial, invisible, untouchable and other-worldly “source.”
As I view it, it’s ‘SourceForce’—our underlying quantum reality.
It’s the underlying ‘nothing-ness’ that somehow magically produces
the experience of you and me as a ‘something-ness.’
It’s the intangible reality that can make you and me,
as it’s imaginative projection, look and feel convincingly real.
It’s that quantum source that is silently and daily guiding us
through the ever-moving waters of our human life
so that we, in and through our human experience,
can be truly expressive of our quantumly generated reason
for seeming to exist in this human form.
I’d like to share a too-brief summary of my personal journey with this thing called soul—
and, by the way, I’m sure you have had an equally compelling ‘soul journey.’
As a child, I was taught that soul was my conscience—
that right-versus-wrong focused inner knowing that would move me to do ‘right.’
As I entered my twenties, when pure love took over my heart as a full-time resident,
I quickly experienced my soul as alive and active in my love-centered heart.
With love using my heart as its soulful podium, I experienced it guiding me
to be love-centered and purely loving in every interaction.
In my 30s, when I specialized in hypnotherapy and ‘all things sub-conscious,’
I would have told you that my soul was lodged in my sub-conscious mind,
which I experienced as an inner guide and expresser of my deeper truth.
Then, once swept powerfully into many spiritually alive years,
I saw soul—mine, yours and everyone’s—
as an internally embodied ‘light.’
In fact, as pure infinite light
placing a precious portion of itself in my human core,
daily inspiring me to live every human moment
as a living expression of pure, light-filled truth.
Add to that, a lengthy, coinciding period of being, essence, is-ness.
My consciousness was filled with life’s most basic and simple truth:
that everything, including myself, just is!
Nothing is right or wrong, better or worse, success or failure.
It just is, period. As such my ‘essential soul’ invited me daily to this simple truth:
to accept and embrace everything just as it was, without a hint of judgment.
And then comes the next version of soul: the quantum soul.
The puzzling version of soul that can be neither conceptualized nor explained.
The experience of soul that is so ‘other’ that it can’t even be named.
The invisible, beyond-self soul that is so silent
that the human version of us can’t even hear it.
The version of soul that is so intangibly behind-the-scenes
that we have no idea how it inspires or guides us.
And yet it does inspire and guide us.
In fact, it’s in total charge of everything about us.
After all, we (we as its human projection, that is) are the living out
of what that quantum soul is daily imaging and dreaming.
We are the equivalent of a quantum dream, movie, fairy tale, fantasy.
And this quantum source—as the dream’s writer, producer and director—
is our ever-present, ever-imaginative, ever creative soul.
Have you noticed a slightly veiled implication in my above descriptions of soul?
It’s this: Soul itself doesn’t change. It is and remains our quantum truth.
Yet, it speaks to us using different languages.
For example, it can speak to us in the language of
· conscience (if our consciousness is one of right-versus-wrong),
· heart (if we’re living in a love-centered consciousness),
· light (if we’re living a truly spiritual consciousness),
· essence (if our consciousness is such that we can hear essence), and
· God (if our consciousness is filled with a deep connection to God).
In addition, just for the record (Is anyone keeping the record?),
I’ve noticed that soul speaks to some people through their body
(if they’re strongly physically oriented),
emotions and feelings (if they’re energetically attuned),
other-dimensional guides (if they’re extra-terrestrially connected),
and many other forms.
In other words, our deep quantum source will inspire, empower and communicate with us
in whatever language our state of consciousness pre-disposes us to hear and be moved by.
So, back to the question: Got soul?
Yep, for sure you do! I do! We all do!
And my guess is that your relationship with this precious soul
is pretty consistent with your current state of consciousness.
So, if you are about duality’s morality-based right-and-wrong belief system
(or even about interpreting ‘karma’ as implying positive or negative consequences for you),
chances are that you will hear your soul urging you to do the ‘right’ thing.
In contrast, if you are dominantly spiritual, centering your life on light,
chances are that you’ll be hearing your soul to do the ‘inspired’ thing.
Then again, if you are living in an essence-centered realm of awareness,
chances are that you’ll hear your soul urging you to ‘just be’ and be at peace.
And if you’re sitting above the human forest with a quantum-based consciousness,
chances are that you’ll feel soul-inspired simply to watch and enjoy the movie
—your personal movie and our shared movie—
as a creativity-rich expression and celebration of quantum possibilities.
Hmm, perhaps the question isn’t “Do we have a soul?”
Maybe the question is: “What is our current state of consciousness?”
and “How does that state influence, determine and perhaps limit
how we’re hearing/intuiting and knowing our soul?”
Hmm.
QUANTUM SOURCE ... QUANTUM WORLD ... QUANTUM VOID ... QUANTUM YOU!
